Can anyone confirm that volunteers aren't allowed to ask for
flag day donations on public transport? I told a bunch of boys that
on the train just now as I remember reading it on the form we had
to sign years ago when we got our tins. I'm very sure malls are a
definite no-no as well.
well, actually, as long as the boys are doing something good, no
harm in that neh ? ....
they are just being eager, that's all
